RT Hon Akintola Olanrewaju JP hailed from Oyinmo Community, Ikare Akoko where he was once a councillor and a Leader of the Akoko North East LG legislative chamber and Deputy Chairman of Leader’s forum in Ondo State.

As a councilor that doesn’t have power to execute projects, but to lobby then. RT Hon Akintola Olanrewaju JP initiated the completion of Oyinmo Health center through the Late Dr. Olusegun Agagu the then Governor. Rt Hon Akintola Olanrewaju JP also initiated monthly salaries for the aged (Owo Arugbo) which aged ones benefited during his tenure being a councilor.

He was elevated to board member as a director in prime insurance Ondo State.

As a political strategist, he was a former PDP deputy chairman Akoko North East Local Government.

Rt Hon Akintola Olanrewaju JP became a supervisor for works in Akoko North East Local Government.

Presently, secretary of the Akoko North East Leaders forum where he stepped aside to contest as Member of House of Assembly to duely represent Ikare Akoko and Akoko North East LG.

He is also the chairman of Oyinmo community youths forum, he is a philanthropist who has rendered numerous assistance to humanity and donated alot to charity. He is God-fearing Deacon in the church of God.
