The Honorable representing Ede south state constituency in the Osun state House of Assembly, Hon. Olaniran Akanfe Atidade has called on stakeholders, particularly members of corporate organization to come to the aid of the Nigerian children.
The lawmaker in his goodwill message to children on the occasion of this year’s Children’s Day celebration, urged parents and guardians to pay serious attention to their children and wards by protecting them from any form of abuse and violence.
According to him, “our children are our tomorrow, hence, we must be conscious of their physical and mental development. Parents must not allow the present economic absurdity to overwhelm them the roles of teaching morals to their children and guiding them on the right path.”
“It is obvious that government alone cannot shoulder the responsibility of catering for these future leaders, I therefore call on corporate Nigerians to invest in the education and development of these children”
Hon. Olaniran Atidade therefore, advised youths to shun all acts that can derail their future and be contented with what they have while they remained focus to their goals.
