Let there be light was the declaration made by Almighty God when he created day and night – Gen 1: 3

This should be the same declaration made out of faith by His son, Dr. Godwin Maduka decades ago when he was thinking of what he would do for his community Umuchukwu in Orumba South LGA of Anambra State.

As it came to pass in the days of creation so the dream of the young medical doctor over his people came to pass as he succeeded in transforming the Community to a modern city.

Today, the triple Professor is making the same declaration over the people of Anambra State. “LET THERE BE LIGHT”

This is not the type of light that will shine only on few local roads in the night but this is the light that will expunge every darkness in all sectors of governance to promote transparency, accountability, infrastructural development and quality service delivery.

This is the type of light that will shine on education, health, security, energy, women, youth & sports development.

This is the type of light that will shine on agriculture, roads, technology, information, communication & entertainment.

His ideology over good governance is all about making his people happy by meeting their needs and that’s what the light stands for.

Father, please let there be light in Anambra State.

Dr. Godwin Maduka is the light.
