AN APPEAL TO SENATOR DURO FASEYI TO RETURN #19.5M MOBA LOCAL GOVERNMENT LOGISTICS

It is no longer a news that Sen Duro Faseyi is a culprit in the Electorate money Saga, between Moba and Ilejemeje in the just concluded presidential and national assembly election.

On the eve of the Presidential, Senatorial and House of Reps elections, Senator Duro Faseyi collected money meant for Ilejemeje and part of the money meant for election belonging to Moba to the tune of #19.5million.

These said monies were collected in dollars, it was agreed upon by the 3 local govts to choose representatives for the funds but to everybody’s surprises, Sen Duro conives with some people to hijack money belonging to 2 local govt all in the name of leadership in Ekiti North.

Sen Duro Faseyi who collected money for 6500 people to the tune of #5000 each but was able to get 2600 votes for Ilejemeje.

WHERE IS THE REMAINING #5000 EACH FOR 3900 PEOPLE?

#5000 to 6500 people will be #32,500.000.
#5000 to 2600 votes will be #13,000.000.
Estimated amount to be refunded is #19,500.000 which was part of the money collected by Sen Duro belonging Moba.

Its time for Sen Duro Faseyi to produce the said money or defend himself accurately how he collected money meant for another local govt.

We heard from a reliable source that Sen Duro Faseyi mentioned that money meant for election can never be retrieved from him or returned when it was crystal clear that he paid Ilejemeje people 3days ago to the tune of the 2600 votes they got during the Presidential elections. And where is the remaining money met for 3900 people because PDP was able to gathered 2600 votes in the said local government?

As of this moment the entire Moba local government is wallowing in disbelieve that their money is in Senator Duros hand.

We hereby called on the good people of Ilejemeje to appeal to senator Duro Faseyi as a matter of urgency to return the remaining #19.5million electorate money belonging to Moba that is still with him
