REQUEST FOR MORE CLARIFICATIONS ON THE RECENT WHITE PAPER RELEASED BY OSUN STATE GOVERNMENT ON CHIEFTAINCY STOOL IN RESPECT OF ALAWO OF AWO THAT WHETHER THE APPEAL COURT JUDGEMENT THAT SACKED, REMOVED, DEPOSED AND DETHRONED ILLEGAL IMPOSTOR,MR. TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE AS NEW ALAWO SHOULD BE DISOBEYED SO THAT ADEGBOYE SHOULD ALLOW TO BE PARADING HIMSELF AS NEW ALAWO IN FLAGRANT DISREGARD TO SECTION 287 SUB-SECTION (2) OF THE AMENDED 1999 CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA THAT CALL FOR TOTAL OBEDIENCE TO APPEAL COURT JUDGEMENT. WHILE THE PARTIES ON AKINRUN CHIEFTAINCY STOOL SHOULD MAINTAIN “STATUS QUO” BY WAITING FOR APPEAL COURT PRONOUNCEMENT AND WHY DOUBLE STANDARD RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE WHITE PAPER GAZETTED.

REQUEST TO INSTITUTE A THOROUGH, CREDIBLE AND UNBIASED PUBLIC INVESTIGATION AND POSSIBLE PROSECUTION OF AN IMPOSTOR ON ALAWO STOOL IN PERSON OF MR. TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE AND OTHER CULPRITS OVER AN ALLEGED FORGERY OF NINE (9) DOCUMENTS/ SELECTION MINUTES ATTACHED TO ADEGBOYE’S EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM NUMBER:000000114, IN RESPECT OF TAIWO ADEGBOYE APPEAL COURT NULLIFIED APPOINTMENT AND SUBSEQUENT INSTALLATION AS NEW ALAWO SINCE MIDNIGHT OF SEPTEMBER 13TH,2021.

CHRSJ, as human rights body also salute your courage by developing the political WILL upon the pressure from within and outside the State to release the much awaited White Paper on the Chieftaincy Panel report with double standard and bias recommendations.

The purpose of writing your Excellency is to seek more CLARIFICATIONS on the recent released WHITE PAPER on the report and RECOMMENDATIONS of Osun State Chieftaincy Panel headed by Reverend Bunmi Jenyo in order to help the good people of ancient town of Awo nay Osun State in line with Section 287 sub-section (2) of the amended 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria that hinged on total obedience and implementation of Court of Appeal Judgement in respect of Alawo of Awo Chieftaincy Stool.

The position of the State Government is yet to be cleared to parties and people concern, particularly, the good people of ancient town of Awo in Egbedore Local Government area of Osun State. Osun State Government needs to come out clearer whether It has given effect to the Appeal Court Judgement either to obey or disobey because people need to give benefit of doubt to the State Government on the subject matter.

 

The White Paper Gazetted report released made it clear that the “STATUS QUO” should be observed to the Letter on Akinrun of Ikirun Chieftaincy Stool by all and sundry because the matter on the Stool still pending before the Court of Appeal and embattled Akinrun Akadiri could not parade himself as new Akinrun but CHRSJ wants the State Government under Governor Ademola Adeleke to make it clear on that of Alawo Chieftaincy Stool which Appeal Court had given JUDGEMENT that dethroned an impostor Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye and the Appeal still pending before the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the government position.

 

Sir, as Executive Governor of Osun State that sworn to uphold the amended 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria always. We are requesting to know if the current illegal and impostor on the Stool of Alawo in person of Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye who is also swimming in the alleged pool of forgery scandal of no fewer than nine (9)
DOCUMENTS/SELECTION MINUTES in respect of his (Adegboye) ILLEGAL Appointment and subsequent INSTALLATION as new Alawo of Awo since midnight of September 13th,2021, should be parading himself as new Alawo of Awo in flagrant disobedience to Appeal Court Judgement and in disregard to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, pending the pronouncement of the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the subject matter as assumed that State Government postulated in its “WHITE PAPER GAZETTED”.

It is expectation of all and sundry within and outside the State that Osun State Government under your watch presently, would write the impostor, Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye to vacate the Stool forthwith in consonance with the said White Paper Gazetted and in upholding the Nigeria Constitution in line with the Appeal Court Judgement dated 8th day of August,2022.The Certified True Copy of the Enrollment of Judgement of the Appeal Court of Akure Judicial Division dated 8th August,2022, which SACKED, REMOVED, DEPOSED and DETHRONED the beneficiary of the forgery scandal in person of TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE from the Stool of Alawo,is hereby attached as EVIDENCE (1).

It is very obviously cleared that Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye was not covered by any immunity as stipulated in the section 308 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended and also, no civil litigation stopped criminal investigation and prosecution to be preferred against Taiwo Adegboye over an alleged criminal conduct as stipulated in the Nigeria laws and that is the reason why the life span of the criminal action is unlimited in our legal society.

 

In view of the above, the human rights organization,Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ), is using this opportunity to write your humble office and call for thorough, credible and unbiased public investigation into the alleged FORGERY of nine (9) Documents/ Selection Minutes attached to the Expression of Interest Form Number:000000114, belonging to an impostor on Alawo Stool, Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye since the midnight of 13th day of September,2021.

We are also constrained to write your humble and good office to call for immediate prosecution of Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye and his co-travellers, including four members of Staff of Egbedore Local Government area of Osun State, in this FORGERY saga.

 

You will recall recently that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu relieved his Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. (Mrs) Betta Edu who was alleged of planing to divert the Ministry funds worth of #585million into the private account.

CHRSJ, would like to remind Your Excellency of the story of ‘THE BEN JOHNSON WAY” – Courtesy of Backpage of Thisday Newspapers edition of Thursday 18th of January,2024, of which similar to the way and manner upon which Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye was trying to come to the throne of Alawo through fraudulent means.”On September 24th,1988 at the Seoul Olympics in South Korea, Canadian athlete-Ben Johnson,won the 100 metres final with an unprecedented record of 9.79 seconds then. Three days later, the Olympics Doping Control Centre found that Johnson’s urine sample contained a banned substance. Not only was the gold medal withdrawn and his record wiped but the shame and disgrace that followed has endured till today”.

The FORGERY saga is ranging from FORGERY of Selection Documents/Minutes, FALSIFICATION of dates of birth, PERJURY and identity THEFT of the Notification of Results with other fake and forged documents attached to Expression of Interest Form Number: 000000114,for the purpose of selecting new monarch in ancient town of Awo and filling of the vacant Stool of Alawo of Awo in Egbedore Local Government Area of Osun State after the demise of late Oba Musa Olatunbosun Adebayo from Akinsilo Ruling House/ Compound, Awo.

 

It is to bring to your NOTICE that TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE could not have carried out the FORGERY actions without aiding and abetting of the few Staff of Egbedore Local Government, Awo, Osun State and in particular,the Secretary, ABIOYE Ruling House/Compound, Awo, Osun State, Alhaji (Prince) Abidoye Hamzat Gboyelade/Prince (Alhaji) Hamzat Abidoye/Hamsat Abidoye who is claiming different three signatures on the same documents with the same Reference Number and date using for illegal selection/ or election, appointment, approval and subsequent installation of TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE with the sole aim of withdrawing monthly salary from the allocation of the State and Local Government fraudulently before the Appeal Court through its landmark Judgement nip the illegal action in the bud.

It was noted that the FORGERY scandal was discovered through all the documents attached by TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE to his Expression of Interest Form Number: 000000114, in respect of Alawo Stool which he used to mislead the former Governor Gboyega Oyetola through the Osun State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Government Secretariat, Abeere, Osun State to appoint him as monarch illegally in the midnight of 13th day of September,2021.

The documents also submitted to Osun State High Court, Ede Judicial Division to get favourable judgement in Suit N0: HED/26/2020,dated 17th day of September, 2020.

 

PARTICULARS OF FORGERY are different thumbprint impressions and signatures on the SELECTION DOCUMENTS, FALSIFICATION of dates of birth, identity THEFT of Polytechnic Notification of Results and PERJURY before the Court, which was used for illegal selection, election, appointment, approval and subsequent installation exercise on the subject matter. The FORGERY documents attached to this PETITION LETTER are highlighted below;

-The Certified True Copy of Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye’s Expression of Interest Form Number: 000000114, to fill the vacant stool of Alawo with different thumbprint impression and signature of Secretary, Abioye Ruling House/Compound,Awo, Attached as EVIDENCE (2).

-The Certified True Copy of the Covering Letter with Reference N0:ELG.396/T/28B,dated 24st August,2020 and signed by one Mrs. Olabimtan F. Abiola, the Council Manager for Chairman, Egbedore Local Government,Awo with attachment of Selection Minutes with different Thumbprint Impression, Signatures, Receive Stamp and fonts,as EVIDENCE (3).

-The Certified True Copy of another Covering Letter with the same Reference N0:ELG.396/T/28B,dated 24st August,2020 and with another Thumbprint Impression, Signatures, Fonts, Received Stamp and also claimed to be signed by one Mrs. Olabimtan F. Abiola, the Council Manager for Chairman, Egbedore Local Government,Awo with another attachment of Selection Minutes in favour of Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye formulated by Adegboye as Exhibit B03 tendered in Suit N0: HED/26/2020, as EVIDENCE (4).

-The Certified True Copy of the Bond to Prosecute Appeal with Appeal N0:CA/AK/58/2021on Suit N0: HOS/84/2020, with acclaimed different signature of the Secretary, Abioye Ruling House/Compound, Awo, Osun State ,as EVIDENCE (5).

-The Certified True Copy of the Affidavit of Statutory Declaration of Age dated 15th day of December,1999 deposed by one Rasheed Adegboye,the Senior Brother of Taiwo Adegboye ,made from the Federal High Court, Osogbo Judicial Division, that Adegboye Taiwo was born on the 10th day of October,1980,attached to Expression of Interest Form N0:000000114, as EVIDENCE (6).

-The Certified True Copy of the West Africa Examination Senior School Certificate (WAEC-SSCE) of June 2001 with Certificate Number: NGWASSCS2682561, belonging to Adegboye Taiwo A. that was also born on another date of 8th day of August,1979 as embossed on the Certificate,attached to Expression of Interest Form N0:000000114, as EVIDENCE (7).

Sir, all these Certified True Copies of aforementioned documents were attached by Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye to his Expression of Interest Form Number: 000000114, to fill the vacant Stool of Alawo of Awo, which Egbedore Local Government, Awo, would have been paying him Five percent (5%) allocation ILLEGALLY as monthly salary.

 

We wish to further informed your authority that Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye and his cohorts forged all these documents by misleading the State Government under Governor Gboyega Oyetola to earlier approved his appointment with forgery and fake documents before the Appeal Court, Akure Judicial Division, through its landmark Judgement dated 8th day of August, 2022, SACKED, REMOVED, DEPOSED and DETHRONED him (Adegboye) from Alawo Chieftaincy Stool.

And also, Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye forged all the aforementioned documents in his own favour and as well sitting at the comfort of his room in the year 2020 by writing the SELECTION MINUTES credited to Abioye Ruling House/Compound, Awo,because of his position then(2020) as Legislative Leader of Egbedore Local Government, Awo, without minding the legal due process attached to the selection of the new monarch in our legal society.

Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye as public office holder then acted in Contrary to Section (15) sub-section (5) that , ‘The State shall abolish all corrupt practices and abuse of power’ and anyone who encourages corruption in any form, deserved no honour.

 

Although, Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye still parading himself as new Alawo after the Appeal Court Judgement with the same aforementioned forgery documents which necessitated this Open Petition Letter to your respected office, requesting for THOROUGH,CREDIBLE and UNBIASED investigation and possible criminal prosecution of the alleged culprits.

-The Certified True Copy of the Edition of The Guardian Newspapers dated Tuesday, September 13th, 2022, as EVIDENCE (8).

• The Photographs of impostor Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye parading himself as new Alawo of Awo,are hereby attached as EVIDENCES (9 &10).

Moreso, we also want your humble office to direct the security agents to help our human rights organization and the good people of Awo nay Osun State to investigate the identity of the owner of these names on the Rufus Giwa Polytechnic(formerly Ondo State Polytechnic),Owo’s Notification of Results of National Diploma (ND) with Reference N0: SO1/MKT/2003/0354,awarded on 31st August,2005 and obtained on 10th August,2006 respectively and Higher National Diploma (HND) with the same Reference N0: SO1/ MKT/2003/0354,awarded on 31st July,2008 and obtained on 14th of November,2008 respectively and as well obtained Certificate of National Service of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) awarded on 19th of November,2009 and these are not having any bearing of identity of TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE, thereby making it identity theft of Polytechnic Notification of Results and NYSC Certificate of another person.

 

It is very unfortunate that according to the claims of Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye,was that he changed his name from ‘ABUDULIE’ to ‘ABDULRASAQ’ after obtained the acclaimed NYSC Certificate by bearing ‘ ADEGBOYE TAIWO ABUDULIE’, and also obtained West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) in 2001 with Candidate No:4291121006 & Certificate No:NGWASSCS 2682561, National Diploma (ND)in 2005, Higher National Diploma (HND) in 2008 and NYSC Certificate in 2009 with one name but later changed his name to contest for Alawo Stool from “ABUDULIE’ to “ABDULRASAQ” and which means he does not know his real ‘MUSLIM’ name before he sat for WAEC, went to Polytechnic and as well observed a year MANDATORY National Youth Service Corps(NYSC).This is smelling to be a pure issue of another criminal forgery with identity theft by Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye and the real owner of the name and WAEC-SSCE CERTIFICATE, Polytechnic Notification of Results and NYSC Certificate bearing ‘ADEGBOYE TAIWO ABUDULIE’, while the present person who is illegally vying to occupy the stool of Alawo of Awo is bearing “TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE”. “THIS IS A BIG IDENTITY THEFT OF THE YEAR?”

Even, the Polytechnic Notification of National Diploma (ND) Result and Higher National Diploma (HND) Result awarded and obtained at the interval of three(3) years respectively bearing the same Reference N0: SO1/MKT/2003/0354, which implies that Adegboye Taiwo Abudulie(ABDULRASAQ) was admitted to study both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma(HND) by Rufus Giwa Polytechnic,Owo,Ondo State, at the same year of 2003.

 

Further DOCUMENTS attached as EVIDENCES of FORGERY are highlighted as follows:

-The Certified True Copy of National Diploma (ND) obtained on 31st August,2005 and also awarded on 10th August, 2006, attached to Expression of Interest Form N0:000000114, as EVIDENCE (11)

-The Certified True Copy of Higher National Diploma(HND) obtained on 31st July, 2008 and awarded on 14th November,2008 with the same Reference N0: S01/MKT/2003/0354,attached to Expression of Interest Form N0:000000114,as EVIDENCE (12).

-The Certified True Copy of Certificate of Service of National Youth Service Corps obtained on 19th November,2008 and also awarded on 19th November,2008 with NYSC/RD/OWO/08/350353, attached to Expression of Interest Form N0:000000114 as EVIDENCE (13).

Sir,the fundamental question now is that who is bearing ADEGBOYE TAIWO ABUDULIE and TAIWO ABDULRASAQ ADEGBOYE?

It is our believe that our Excellency would ensure that the security agents who are going to investigate this MIND-BOGGLING FORGERY SAGA perform its legitimate and constitutional duty without fear or favour, no matter whose ox is gored to unveil the criminal tendency of Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye and his cohorts.

 

In view of the above,these are the names of the persons involved in the dastard act of FORGERY of SELECTION DOCUMENTS, and other illegalities in respect of Alawo Chieftaincy Stool as contained in this PETITION LETTER as follows:

(1). Mr. Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye (+2348035163991/+2348123241784)- Perpetrator & Beneficiary of all the FORGERY ACTS and DOCUMENTS.

(2).Mr. Olamiposi EGBEDINNI (+2348038676491& +2348130613550)- Lawyer aiding and abetting, forgery and other criminal acts for Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye.

(3). Alhaji(Prince) Hamzat Abidoye Gboyelade(+2347038257120/+2347017105353), Secretary, Abioye Ruling House/Compound, Awo,Osun State- Perpetrator of the FORGERY of SELECTION DOCUMENTS/MINUTES with different signatures in favour of Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye.

(4). Mr. Adegboye Rasheed (+2348034350362),a Senior Brother to Adegboye Taiwo of Abioye Ruling House/Compound,Awo,who deposed to Affidavit of Statutory Declaration of Age of Adegboye Taiwo in December 15th,1999 at the Federal High Court, Osogbo Judicial Division.

(5).Mrs. Abiola F. Olabimtan (+2348032249644),Council Manager (C.M.), Egbedore Local Government, Awo, Osun State- OBSERVER of FORGERY SELECTION DOCUMENTS /MINUTES with different Signatures, Thumbprints Impressions, Fonts, and Received stamp.

(6). Mrs. M.A. Akinade (+2348064625901),Head of Administration(HoD), Egbedore Local Government,Awo, Osun State- OBSERVER of FORGERY SELECTION DOCUMENTS/MINUTES with different Signatures, Thumbprint Impressions, Fonts, and Received stamp.

(7). Mrs. Aina Adelu(+2347063920646), Senior Administrative Officer(SAO), Egbedore Local Government,Awo,Osun State- OBSERVER of FORGERY SELECTION DOCUMENTS/MINUTES with different Signatures, Thumbprint Impressions, Fonts, and Received stamp.

(8). Mr. Adiyeloja(+2348034271655) , Administrative Officer (AO), Egbedore Local Government, Awo,Osun- OBSERVER of FORGERY SELECTION DOCUMENTS/MINUTES with different Signatures, Thumbprint Impressions, Fonts, and Received stamp.

 

Sir, the aforementioned Senior Staff of Egbedore Local Government, Awo, acted in contrary to Sections 15(5),24(a),172,209, and Fifth Schedule, Part (1)1,8,9,11(1), 12,13, and 18(1,3,6,7) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ( as amended) in consonance with Chapter II(15) of the amended 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

CHRSJ wants to urge Your Excellency to use your good office to set up SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL OF INQUIRY (SAPI) into this forgery scandal so as to unveil the truth of the whole scenario because there can not be peace without justice.

More over Sir, the position of the Supreme Court of Nigeria,is cleared in the case of PDP & 2Ors. V. Biobarakuma Degi-Eremieyo & 3Ors.-SC.1/2020.

And the position of the Apex Court of the land,is also cleared without any ambiguity in line with Sections of the amended 1999 Constitution succinctly stated that a person shall not be qualified for election/or selection to the position of authority, “ if he has presented a forged certificate to the Umpire .” and Section 467, Criminal Code Act (Nigeria) states that; “Any person who forges any document, writing, or seal, is guilty of an offence which, unless otherwise stated, is a felony, and he is liable if no other punishment is provided, to imprisonment for three(3) years.”

 

Recently,a five- man panel of the Supreme Court of Nigeria sacked a Federal Legislator from Benue State for Certificate forgery, Honourable Justice Sidi Bage, who read the lead judgement spoke a soothing language of hope,that ;”Allowing criminality and Certificate forgery to continue to percolate into the streams ,waters and oceans of our national polity/Chieftaincy Stool,will only mean that our waters are and will remain dangerously contaminated. The purification efforts must start now and be sustained as we seek as a nation,to now change from our old culture of reckless impunity.

Justice Bage went further: ” The Nigerian Constitution is supreme. It desires that no one who has ever presented a FORGED Certificate/Document to an umpire should contest election (selection) into the any elective office (including Chieftaincy Stool office in this regard). This is clear and sacrosanct.

Bage stressed further that the message is simple, we are bound to continue to fail as a nation if we do not sanitize our political/traditional institutions by fearlessly getting rid of those individuals whose actions have become our development albatross.

However, the fate of many Nigerians has been strengthened by the strong and firm declaration and reassurance of the Apex Court of the Land that has come down hard on those consciously slowing down our development through forgery, falsification, perjury and other related offences.

 

This is high time to name and shame anybody who involved in forgery of documents to occupy a position of authority like subject matter of this an OPEN LETTER by just robbed other contender as COMMON CRIMINAL.

It is very unfortunate that some certain elements like acclaimed Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye to be entrusted with Chieftaincy Stool, indulge in forgery, perjury, identity theft and falsification of age and these are ordinary citizen that should be leading by an example of what a good society should be.

Moreover, Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye perpetrated all these evil acts of FORGED Selection Documents/Minutes, Identity THEFT of Polytechnic Notification of Results and NYSC Certificate, FALSIFICATION of Age, and other dastard act in respect of SELECTION, ELECTION, APPOINTMENT, APPROVAL and SUBSEQUENT INSTALLATION of new Crown Prince for the Alawo Chieftaincy Stool, all in the name of desperation to outsmart the second contender for the STOOL in person of Comrade (Prince) ADENIYI ALIMI SULAIMAN,the Executive Chairman,Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ) from the same Abioye Ruling House/Compound Awo, Osun State.The Abioye Ruling House/ Compound, Awo’s ORGANOGRAM and The Certified True Copy of ADENIYI ALIMI SULAIMAN Expression Form Receipt,are hereby attached as ” EVIDENCES (14) and (15)”.

 

Sir, we want Osun State Government under your watch and Egbedore Local Government,Awo,Osun State not to allow the deposed Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye had any access to government funds until the Supreme Court of Nigeria in SC/CV/1079/2022, says otherwise on the subject matter and if the officials of government do otherwise,they have violated section (15) sub- section (5) of the amended 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which they are liable to prosecution and imprisonment.

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has also declared that it is trite principle of law to obey the order of the Court as contained in the case of ABACHA V. FAWEHINMI (2002)2 SCNQR 489 at 546 thus :”…. It is the law that a decision of a Court of competent jurisdiction,no matter that if seems palpable null and void, unattractive or unsupportable, remains good law and uncompromisingly binding until set aside by a superior Court of competent jurisdiction”, in line with the Section 287 subsection (1,2&3) of the amended 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Lastly Sir, we can not conclude this PETITION LETTER without the imperishable statement that Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye is a desperate office seeker who is only interested in self serving, and does not mind if the entire Awo community goes up in flames,so long as his own nest is fested.Of course, history is replete with cases of Princes who have destroyed their kingdom for selfish aggrandizement.

 

In the light of foregoing, the Centre humbly request for the prompt intervention of your good office on the subject matter.

Lets also not conclude this letter by not forgetting the wise saying that “Corruption is not only receiving money, it is also very using your position to benefit somebody who may not be deserving of that benefit” – Professor Jadesola Akande, a Professor of Law and former Vice Chancellor,Lagos State University (LASU) as Chairman of the 3rd Chief Gani Fawehinmi Annual Lecture/Symposium (FAWEHINMISM).

Deduced from the above analysis on the subject matter, it is cleared that all the processes that led to the purported appointment and illegal installation of Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye as new Alawo on the midnight of 13th of September, 2021 by the Osun State Government, was faulty as due process was not followed, hence, Taiwo Adegboye was a product of fraudulent process, flagrant disobedience to Court Orders and judgement, falsification of age, identity theft of educational certificates, perjury, fake and forged selection documents with obsolete and revoked Law and therefore, should not be allowed to hold the office of Alawo of Awo, Osun State, Nigeria”.

It shows that Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye had failed an integrity test of occupying such an exalted position in our civilized society.Even,Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye was ERRONEOUSLY appointed and installed by former Governor Gboyega Oyetola who was mislead by the officials of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Egbedore Local Government,Awo, on the midnight of September 13th, 2021 with OBSOLETE, REPEALED, OUTDATED and REVOKED 1957 Chieftaincy Declaration, instead of subsisting 1979 Alawo of Awo Chieftaincy Declaration.The Certified True Copies of the both outdated and revoked Registered 1957 and subsisting Registered 1979 Alawo of Awo Chieftaincy Declaration are hereby attached as “EVIDENCES (16) and (17)” respectively.

Although, the State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Egbedore Local Government, Awo, which are the authorities concerned in the Selection Process and subsequent installation of Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye,did not hide their usage of wrong law of 1957 Chieftaincy Declaration for the ILLEGAL,NULL and VOID process, instead of subsisting Registered 1979 Alawo of Awo Chieftaincy Declaration.The Certified True Copies of Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Letter with Reference N0:CD.6/2/Vol.III/1189, dated 12th August,2020 and signed by one Bashir Oladipupo for Permanent Secretary and Egbedore Local Government, Awo Letter with Reference N0: ELG.396/T/24,dated 12th August,2020, signed by one Olabimtan F. Abiola,the Council Manager for Chairman,are hereby attached as ” EVIDENCES (18) and (19)” respectively.

This, even led to the Ogunrinade family of Akindolu Compound, Iragberi, that was included in the Registered 1957 Alawo of Chieftaincy Declaration but uprooted from the subsisting Registered 1979 Alawo of Awo Chieftaincy Declaration,to institute an action in Osun State High Court,Ede Judicial Division in Suit N0:HED/07/2021 to reclaim their position back from 1957 Chieftaincy Declaration if Osun State Government sustained the REMOVED, SACKED, DEPOSED and DETHRONED impostor Taiwo Abdulrasaq Adegboye on the seat of Alawo Chieftaincy Stool. The Writ of Summons of Suit N0: HED/07/2021, is hereby attached as “EVIDENCE (20)”.

 

In addition,no one can build something on nothing and any house built on falsehood,will definitely collapse. When there are rules of engagement which must be adhered to strictly and Osun State Government under Governor Ademola Adeleke should not allow this impunity to be covered in our civilized society as no one is BIGGER than the LAW of the land and the law must take its due course.

Once again, CHRSJ reposes its implicit confidence in your capability to expedite necessary ACTION in a JIFFY that you will ensure FAIR PLAY and JUSTICE are done for the good people of the State in respective of religion,tribe, affinity,language and class.
