Christie Brinkley is living her best life on the beach.
On Sunday, the 68-year-old took to Instagram to share a set of photos from her private estate in Turks and Caicos, looking trim and carefree in a fuchsia, two-piece bike short set.
Brinkley’s latest post included some advice for her more than 750,000 followers about how she manages to keep in supermodel shape.
“When you eat too much at 68, it’s not as easy to lose the weight. So here’s a tip that’s tried and true, that will make you feel like your best you: Avoid the sugar and do exercise,” Brinkley wrote. “It’s not about the size of your thighs; vibrant good health will be your prize!”
It didn’t take long for fans to chime in, praising her for her positive and care-free photos. Many complimented the former model for looking “ageless” and “in great shape.”
“Goals to look as amazing as you at 68,” one Instagram user replied to the post, while someone else wrote, “You look great.”

“Gorgeous, and an inspiration at any age! Love your natural look,” another fan replied.
“Forever ageless. 68 looks amazing on you, and you’re in great shape!” another commenter penned.
Back in February, Brinkley opened up about feeling discriminated against due to her age, and why the term “aging gracefully” should be about more than just looks. The admission followed an article that included the star in a list of celebrities over 50 who “prove” that “being older is attractive.”
While the article was meant to empower women not to fear growing older, Brinkley worried it focused too much on a woman’s ability to remain looking youthful.
“The expression ‘aging gracefully’ should not be about one’s looks but about the attitude and energy one offers the world,” Brinkley wrote via Instagram. “Looking good is a byproduct of feeling great and showing up in the world with a heart full of good intentions, and good energy!”
