Those opposed to Eastern Security Network (ESN) are the enemies of the Eastern People of Nigeria – VOTSPON.

We the amiable members of the above body made up of Southern People of Nigeria wish to officially declare that we will continue to support and commend security measures put in place from Southeastern Nigeria to Southwestern Nigeria aimed at defending and protecting Southern People of Nigeria from bandits, kidnappers, Boko Haram terrorists, Criminal elements and invading killer herdsmen alleged to be foreign invaders working with ISIS.

Security is defined as being free from danger, or feeling safe. An example of security is when you are at home with the doors locked and you feel safe. Freedom from doubt, anxiety, or fear; confidence.

In Nigeria, our record states that Insecurity caused over 70,000 deaths in Nigeria between 2012 and 2020; Since 2011, Boko Haram insurgency has led to 37,500 deaths, 2.5 million displacement, and 244,000 refugees; Militancy in Nigeria’s Niger Delta has resulted in kidnapping, unrest, and economic distortion.

What solution have we gotten or seen from the Federal Government of Nigeria? How successful are the security strategies of the Federal Government of Nigeria? A Security Strategy is a document prepared periodically which outlines the major security concerns of a country or organisation and outlines plans to deal with them. Several national security strategies exist in Nigeria today put in place by previous and the current Federal Government of Nigeria led by President. Mohammed Buhari, but what result are we getting today? It’s so disappointing and sad to see the escalating level of insecurity in Nigeria today. From increasing level of kidnappings to escalating level of Boko Haram activities, not excluding the provocative expansionist jihadist movement of the invading Fulani herdsmen terrorist elements.

We therefore, restate our support and endorsement of the formation of local vigilante group in Southeastern Nigeria, known as “Eastern Security Network (ESN)” as long as the system is designed to provide maximum security against bandits, criminal elements and invading killer herdsmen alleged to be foreign invaders working with ISIS.

Those against the formation of “Eastern Security Network”, are the enemies of the Eastern People of Nigeria. What is the basic meaning of security? safety!

Security means safety, as well as the measures taken to be safe or protected. There are three primary areas or classifications of security controls. These include management security, operational security, and physical security controls. All of the above must be in place in southeastern/southwestern Nigeria, and must be well organized and controlled by the People under doctrine of self defense theory of right to life. Insecurity must come to unconditional end in Nigeria. Enough is Enough.

In conclusion, We are extremely happy with the news of the release of the kidnapped Secondary School Students in Kastina State the home state of President Mohammed Buhari. We are glad the kids are back and healthy. We urge all to support in the war against terrorisms. Who will save the North from the hands of Boko Haram terrorists?

Only the people of the North can defend themselves. They know the good people and they know the bad elements. They cohabit. Now they are suffering from diseases of theory of silence. It’s time to give out all the bad eggs and expose those sponsoring terrorism in Northern Nigeria.
